Body War Alpha War Formula
On the positive side of the coin, the manufacturer lists every ingredient that’s included here. On the not-so positive side, it doesn’t list the exact quantities of everything included. This renders evaluating the effectiveness of the formula nigh on impossible, which is a bit frustrating.
That said, there’s certainly some potent ingredients in the mix here – this is what we know is included:
- D-aspartic acid calcium chelate
- Velvet bean extract
- Stinging nettle extract
- Horny goatweed extract
- Fenugreek extract
- Tongkat ali
- Ginger extract
- Grapefruit extract
- Milk thistle
- Black pepper extract
- Magnesium stearate
Directions For Using Body War Alpha War
Take three capsules in one go, with 250ml water, twice a day. Make sure you maintain a six-hour gap between these serves, and never take more than two serves in a day.
This is where things start to get a bit shady – we can’t find any helpful testimonials from independent users that have tried this supplement in real life. This leaves us completely in the dark as to whether there are satisfied users out there, and the kind of results they’ve experienced.

We’ve had a good look around on the manufacturer’s website and we can’t find any indication that they offer a money-back guarantee if you’re not happy with Body War Alpha War.
We’d recommend checking with the site you’re buying from to see if they have a guarantee in place to protect you.
We were really pleased to see the inclusion of D-aspartic acid calcium chelate in the mix, as this is the best form of this essential t-boosting compound… its readily bioavailable and works really well….
Our only problem is the manufacturers decisions to hide the actual amounts of this (and every other) ingredient from their buyers…. this usually means that they are often only present in trace amounts which usually renders the product ineffective..
Many of the other ingredients however ( except magnesium) are more geared towards boosting libido rather than muscle building….nettle can help reduce the effects of estrogen which is a good thing…
and the manufacturers decision to hide the full details of their formula is,for us, a big black mark, and it does stop us from being able recommend this product…
